I trust the wisdom of your body...

As a Somatic Practitioner, I work at the intersection of bodywork and neuroscience.

I support your nervous system to heal and unwind tension patterns, trauma, and unprocessed emotion on a cellular level. This is possible through a skillful synthesis of breath, sound, movement, touch, visualization, attunement, and embodied consent. When the nervous system is restored, we find greater capacity for choice, authenticity, aliveness, and intimacy.

Ways I Can Support You

1:1 Sessions

(virtual and in-person)

Our bodies are full of intelligence to guide and to heal when met with presence, understanding, and respect. I speak and listen in the language of your body as we build communnication networks between your conscious mind and subconcous body. This inner harmony creates the ideal inner envoronment to cultivate whatever you what you most desire.

I’ve trained in the following modalities and often use a synthesis techniques in session based on each client's preferences:

Hypnosis, Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Breathwork, Psychic Healing and Reiki, Nervous System Mapping and Restoration, Trauma Reprocessing (as effective as EMDR, but gentler), Body Dearmouring (a type of bodywork for releasing emotional tension patterns stored in the fascia), and Ayurvendic Nutrition.

Topics I specialize in include subconscious reprogramming, relationships, sex and intimacy, conflict resolution, communication skill building, dysfunctional family dynamics, attachement, codependency, and religious trauma. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.

If you’d like to explore 1:1 sessions (virtual or in-person) grab a time on my calendar and let’s talk. Consultations are free.

Sessions for Partners

All top tier partnerships have three things in common: (1) communication and intimacy skills (2) a nervous system with capacity to find safety and connection in the midst of conflict (3) the self-awareness to observe our own thoughts and reactions and get curious.

I guide couples to develop all three, while healing core wounds that may be showing up in the relationship in 2:1 sessions (and 1:1 as needed). I’m experienced in supporting partnership of all types (monogamous, monogamish, non-monogamous, polyamorous), and specialize in sex and intimacy, attachement, codependency, boundaries, healing from betrayal, parenting, and relationship transitions.

As couples grow in confidence and competency, the partnership inevitabily becomes a place of respite with more space for honesty, resiprosity, vulnerability, understanding, safety, creativity, pleasure, and intimacy. You already know what your dream relationship looks like… now let’s create it :)

Group Sessions

Group work can be a powerful catalyst to notice our relational patterns, lean in to growth edges, build communication skills, and understand ourselves and eachother more deeply. I facilitate group experiences online and in-person that center authentic communication, nervous system mapping, boundaries, consent, and playful exploration.

Trainings for Teams

In addition to nurturing the first Authentic Relating community of practice of over 150 folks into my hometown, I’ve facilitated over 200 events and relational experiences both in-person and online ranging from 2 to 120+ participants. I use the tools of Authentic Relating and Circling along with somatic and co-regulation practices to support folks to cultivate trust and meaningful connection while exploring topics like deep listening, safety, embodied boundaries, purpose, creativity, and play.

I work with groups, leaders, and facilitators to teach practices that foster conscious communication, regenerative conflict resolution, psychological safety, and relational leadership. I’ve facilitated events and trainings at numerous companies and organizations including Power HRG, Authentic Revolution, Southern Growth Studio, The Connection Institute, Delta Groove Yoga, Kalapa Experience Weekend, Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education, Connection Collaboratory, Mindful Society Global Institute, and the Shelby County School’s Trauma Intervention Support Team.
